Far, Far Away
Truly Star Wars revolutionized the way science fiction films were perceived, and the film industry as a whole. Unfortunately, regionalizing in the Mediterraneanwas not friendly to what was once the greatest space opera.

Mini Driving
Since my wife doesn't read this I am safe confessing. . .
Today I test drove my dream car: a Mini Cooper S, with the racing package. Mmmm.
The handling was awesome, the get-up-and-go left me wishing I had kept up on my manual transmission skills. It was just as much fun as I thought it would be.
Last night my wife and I watched Seven Days in May. If you have never seen it. . . rent it this weekend so you can remember when movies had drama. Whatever you do, don't watch the trailer before seeing the movie. The trailer gives the whole thing away!!

Twist Endings
Last night I finished MGS2.
My wife found portions downright disturbing. I was absolutely crazy over the plot twists and the crazy ending. I can't wait to play through it again.
My wife goes to get-togethers with other gals fairly often. Since she is at home with the baby all day I do what I can to make sure she gets her exercise time, her social time, and her quiet time. Putting it in quantifiable terms, I invest in her, because she provides future non-physical benefits to me and to my family. Win-win.
So, last night she was out with the ladies for craft night, learning all about photography. After an hour of non-stop screaming by our daughter I had to call her and ask her to come home. Turned out the kid was hungry. Not much I can do there. While the child was upset I was unable to do anything study/play/sleep because of the audio pollution my child produces. Amazing.
Past attempts at studying at work have only resulted in interruptions from coworkers. They think just because I am at my desk means I am working. I guess that can be a good thing, but it definitely serves as an impediment which interferes with my assimilation of the finer points of microeconomics. Something we will call a negative externality.

E3 Pining
So, it seems I have fallen victim to having another place to post my personal ruminations.
The original home for contemplation was my journal. Since I have not been keeping up on that I have resorted to pontificating in my Gamespot blog. I wrote my 250th entry yesterday.
Fun.
Perhaps that will link here. . . perhaps I will link there. Somewhere, someone is going to get a link.
Kudos to Cryptobadger.
